Welcome to the digital services offered by Brown Bricks Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware ("Brown Bricks Inc.," "our," or "we"). We are delighted to extend to you the use of Jamango!, our gaming ecosystem, along with several associated applications (together referred to as "Jamango!" or the "Platform"). It is important to understand these Service Conditions (the "Conditions"), as they outline your rights and responsibilities while utilizing the Platform, and other services we offer, including but not limited to, informal product assistance, and certain connections with our websites, jamango.io including all subdomains of these sites (jointly called the "Website," which together with the Platform, form the "Services").
Notice of Arbitration: By accepting these conditions within 30 days from the initial agreement date and unless you take the steps to exempt yourself from arbitration as stated in the "Arbitration" section below, you consent to the settlement of disputes between you and ‘Brown Bricks Ltd’ through binding, individual arbitration. This means you are giving up your right to a jury trial or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any claimed class action or representative proceeding.
Consent to Conditions
By installing and/or using the Platform and/or Services, you agree to comply with these Conditions and the Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") that is incorporated by reference into these Conditions. If you don't agree to be bound by these Conditions, refrain from downloading or using the Platform or Services. If you are accessing or using the Platform or Services on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Conditions. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to that company or other legal entity. Otherwise, "you" and "your" will refer to you, individually. If you are an individual, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years old or if not, your parents have reviewed these Conditions and in addition to your agreement to these Conditions, your parents hereby enter into them on their and your behalf.
License Agreement
Subject to these Conditions, Brown Bricks Ltd grants you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and license to use one copy of the Platform for your personal non-commercial use. The term of your license begins on the date that you download, install or otherwise use the Platform and ends on the earlier date of either your disposal of the Platform or Brown Bricks Ltd's termination of this Agreement. Your license terminates immediately if you attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures used in connection with the Platform, use any method (including but not limited to multiple account creation, registry editing, and IP swapping) to evade a ban placed on your account, and/or if you violate these Conditions or any code of conduct. The Platform is being licensed to you, and you hereby acknowledge that no title or ownership in the Platform is being transferred or assigned and these Conditions should not be construed as a sale of any rights in the Platform. All rights not specifically granted under these Conditions are reserved by Brown Bricks Ltd.
