1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Brownbricks Limited, trading as Jamango ("Jamango", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of Jamango websites, games, accounts, creator tools, multiplayer infrastructure, game servers, APIs, SDKs, public profiles, community features, support channels, and related services (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using Jamango, creating an account, playing a Jamango game, publishing content, connecting Discord, using a partner-distributed Jamango experience, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Jamango.

Additional terms may apply to specific features, distributor websites, creator monetisation, contests, subscriptions, payments, marketplaces, distribution programs, or developer tools. If additional terms conflict with these Terms for a specific feature, the additional terms control for that feature.

2. Alpha Product Notice

Jamango is currently an alpha-stage creator platform. Features may be experimental, incomplete, or changed quickly. We may add, remove, reset, limit, or modify accounts, worlds, editor features, game servers, multiplayer systems, virtual items, rewards, currencies, progression, analytics, publishing flows, and community features as we build the platform.

We will try to be fair and practical when making changes, but you should not rely on alpha features, stats, virtual balances, leaderboards, unpublished workflows, or creator-monetisation assumptions as permanent. Creator monetisation is not launched unless Jamango has published and accepted you into specific monetisation terms.

3. Eligibility, Minors, and Parents

• Jamango does not currently ask users to provide their age, so we may not know a user's age unless they tell us or we otherwise become aware of it. At this stage, Jamango does not provide a child-specific account or parental consent flow. For that reason, users under 13 must not create a Jamango account, publish content, use chat, add social links, connect Discord, or use other interactive/community features without parental consent.
• If you are 13 to 17, you may use Jamango only with permission from your parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian is responsible for your use of Jamango.
• If you are a parent or guardian and allow a minor to use Jamango, you agree to these Terms on the minor's behalf and are responsible for the minor's activity, content, communications, and any purchases or virtual items if those features become available.
• Users must not include real names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, private emails, precise locations, payment details, government IDs, passwords, or other personal information in usernames, profiles, chat, worlds, thumbnails, uploads, social links, or other content.
• Jamango may restrict, remove, or disable accounts, content, or features where we believe it is necessary to protect minors, comply with law, or reduce safety risk.

4. Accounts and Guest Sessions

• Some features require a registered account. You may be able to create an account with email/password, Discord, or other supported login methods. You may also be able to play using a guest session with limited functionality.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
• Guest accounts are temporary or limited. Guest data, progress, worlds, rewards, or session history may be lost unless the guest account is converted or linked in a supported way.
• You may not sell, rent, share, transfer, or provide access to your account or credentials, except that a parent or guardian may help manage a minor's account.
• Jamango may refuse, reclaim, rename, suspend, or terminate usernames, profiles, or accounts that are misleading, infringing, offensive, unsafe, inactive, impersonating, or otherwise violate these Terms.
